Style of Coaching?

This is a 4-week challenge conducted in a group format.

Will I be able to speak to Mandy?

Yes - I will be in the community to answer any of your questions, and I will be there supporting you every single day. I am not a coach that ghosts clients.

How will this help me with making food choices?

I will guide you to calculate your calories, download calorie tracking apps, and you will have daily & weekly nutrition prompts that will help you make more calculated food choices.

Do I get a 28-day exercise plan?

You will receive weekly movement prompts that have to be executed consistently. You will also receive a 28-day 'Move your body more' plan. Please note that this is not a gym based training program.

Do I get a meal plan?

You will receive basic, generic meal plan examples that you can use as a guideline to build your meal plan. You will also get the meal prep eBook & not Kak Fancy recipe eBook for FREE when signing up to the 4-week challenge.

Will I see fat loss results?

If you put in the hard work and show up for yourself daily, then I have no doubt that you will see results.

If I want to do more than 4 weeks do I sign up for the next challenge?

No, you won't sign up for the next challenge, but you have the option to proceed on a monthly subscription basis in my main health & fat loss coaching community.

Do I have to be in South Africa to do the challenge?

Nope. It is all online, so you can participate from anywhere in the world.

Can I get a discount on the challenge if I have already bought the eBooks?

No, unfortunately, that is not how it works. The challenge costs R750 as a product/service, and the eBooks are just a bonus.
